Product parameters:

2. Product performance: This product contains more than 95% silicon. It can be directly added to the melt at the normal melting temperature. It melts quickly (usually about 30 minutes) and is easy to use. The actual yield of silicon is more than 90%;

Usage method:

1. Adding temperature: 740 ℃

2. The reference dosage of this product is calculated according to the following formula:

Note: due to the difference of metallurgical conditions between users and furnaces, the actual actual yield and actual addition shall be calculated and determined based on the test data before the furnace.

3. Adding method: after all the furnace materials are melted, fully stir evenly and sample for analysis. According to the analysis results, the amount of fast melting silicon is calculated. When the molten aluminum reaches the temperature, scrape off the scum on the surface of the molten aluminum, and then evenly and disperse the product into the molten pool (do not stir at this time). After the reaction is complete, stand for 15-20 minutes, then fully stir for 5 minutes, and then stand for 10-20 minutes for sampling and analysis. After the composition is qualified, it can be transferred to the next process.
