Mn Tablet Instructions
A. The dross on the surface of the molten pool is removed, and the additive is uniformly put into the molten pool at the normal operating temperature (740-750.degree. C.), and then it is allowed to stand for 20-30 minutes.
B. No weighing is required before use.
C. All plastic packaging is chlorine free film, which can be directly put into the furnace without generating harmful gas.
D. In order to make the alloy elements evenly distributed and completely recovered, the molten pool shall be fully stirred after standing. After 7-15 minutes, the scum shall be removed and the chemical composition shall be analyzed.
