Performance characteristics:

1.This product has good spreading and covering, can effectively isolate air, inhibit hydrogen absorption, prevent aluminum and alloy elements oxidation burn 

2.This product has a certain refining function, can help remove hydrogen and inclusions in aluminum liquid 

3.This product makes slag liquid separation clean, both slag cleaning function

Scope of application:

Suitable for protection treatment of aluminum and aluminum alloy melt, as well as refining and slag removal treatment.

Recommended usage:

1. slag: this product is thrown on the liquid level, with slag scraping tool to scum stir-fry rubbing, slag aluminum can be obviously separated to slag 

2. adding method: this product evenly sprinkled on the surface of liquid aluminum 

3. amount of this product: uniform cover liquid level as the low limit, according to the area of the reference dosage :0.5~1.5 ％

Shelf life:

For one year. When damp agglomerate，It can be used normally when it is hit into powder and dried at <150℃.
