Performance characteristics:

1.This product degassing ability to remove slag, can be used for aluminum melt refining (purification)

Scope of application:

Suitable for aluminum and aluminum alloy melt refining and slag removal (except high magnesium alloy).

Recommended usage:

1.Manual scattering method: manually throw the refining agent powder evenly to the surface of the liquid aluminum, press it into the inner depth of the liquid aluminum with a plate tool with mesh (the floating powder without discoloration should be pressed into it again) and stir it so that the powder is distributed in the molten pool as far as possible, after the reaction is finished, stand for about 10 minutes before slag scraping.

2. Inert gas spraying method: Spray refining powder evenly into the melt with a spraying device, stir evenly, stand for about 10 minutes, then slag scraping.

3 Adding temperature: above 700.

4. The amount of this product added: 0.1~0.4% of the amount of aluminum to be treated.

Recommended usage:

1. Manually sprinkle the powder on the scum on the surface of the melt, and timely use tools to "fry" the powder and slag, then the molten slag heats up and turns red, and the slag can be raked when the slag and aluminum are obviously separated.
