Performance characteristics:

When the furnace works for a long time, the wall and bottom of the furnace will gradually deposit a large amount of slag, which will reduce the effective volume of the furnace and reduce the production efficiency.

The traditional method of furnace cleaning is to stop the furnace and cool down, and manually remove the slag block mechanically with tools such as steel rod, which is time-consuming and laborious.

This product has excellent slag and aluminum separation characteristics, can make slag and aluminum, slag and furnace body loose separation, this product can also effectively improve slag temperature, accelerate the separation of slag and furnace body. Suitable for aluminum furnace cleaning, can also be used for copper, zinc furnace.

There is no toxic gas and obvious smoke in the use of this product, and it has no adverse effect on human body, equipment and environment.

Use temperature and dosage:

The temperature in the furnace is greater than or equal to 850℃. The dosage depends on the amount of sediment, and the removal shall prevail. The reference dosage is 8 ~ 12kg/m2.

Recommended usage:

After the aluminum water in the furnace is discharged, the furnace temperature will rise to about 900℃; Open the furnace door and sprinkle the product into the bottom of the furnace and the slag of the furnace wall with a duster or manual; Close the door and hold for a few minutes. Then open the furnace door, rub the slag block and cleaning agent with a long-handled pickpocket, and peel off the sediment one by one.

Repeat the above operation when the sediment is heavy.

Packaging and storage:

This product is powder, the inner packing is plastic bag ironed, 2kg/ bag, the outer packing is cardboard box, 20kg/ box, stored in ventilated dry place, moisture-proof.

Shelf life:

For one year. When damp agglomerate，It can be used normally when it is hit into powder and dried at <150℃.
