This product generates a large number of dispersed TiAl3, TiB2 and other high melting point particles in the molten aluminum. During solidification, they act as foreign crystal nuclei and significantly refine the grain structure of the ingot.

Al-Ti-BAluminum-Titanium-Boron Scope of application

This product is an aluminum titanium boron master alloy containing Ti and B; It is suitable for refining grain of pure aluminum and general aluminum alloy during melting and casting.

Al-Ti-BAluminum-Titanium-Boron Usage

1. Bake and dry before use.

2. Adding temperature: 700 ～ 760 ℃.

3. The amount of this product added per ton of aluminum: 0.8-1.5kg of pure aluminum, 0.5-1kg of profiles and strips, and 1-2kg of other aluminum alloys depending on the grain size requirements.

4. Adding method: remove the scum, evenly disperse the product into the aluminum liquid, stir evenly, and leave it for 5-10 minutes to pour.

5. It should be used before the last refining.

6. The attenuation time is 6-8 hours after the refinement treatment. In case of severe attenuation, please add refiner.

Store in a ventilated and dry place to prevent moisture.
