Aluminium-Rhenium(AL-Re) Performance characteristics
1. This product contains lanthanum, cerium, praseodymium, neodymium and other mixed rare earth elements, which can refine the grain, purify the melt, improve the strength and plasticity of the alloy, and improve the processing performance.
2. This product can significantly reduce the harmful effect of Si impurities on electrical properties of aluminum and re for electrical purposes.
3. This product can optimize and refine the morphology and distribution of primary silicon and eutectic silicon. The modification has long-term effect and the remelting modification effect can be inherited.
Aluminium-Rhenium(AL-Re) Scope of application
This product contains mixed rare earth metal re, which is suitable for modification treatment of aluminum silicon alloy with long casting time, purification of aluminum liquid and addition of rare earth RE element. For electrical aluminum industry, the upper limit of allowable silicon impurities can be increased from 0.09% to 0.14 ~ 0.15%.

1. Bake and dry before use
2. Adding temperature: above 720 ℃.
3. The addition amount of this product: the addition of re to the molten aluminum will have different degrees of modification and purification on different alloys. The economic addition amount is determined by the test. The reference dosage of this product is 0.3 ~ 1.5% of the aluminum (new material) to be treated.
4. Effective time of deterioration: 4-8 hours.
5. Operation method: put alloy block into molten aluminum, and stir evenly after melting; After standing for more than 10 minutes, remove the slag and pour the test rod. When the fracture is normal, pour it.
6. Fracture inspection: size of test bar in front of furnace φ twelve × 100。 The normal fracture is silver white velvet, with fine and uniform grains and no silicon bright spots.

The product is in block shape, with metallic luster, 250G / piece, and the outer package is cardboard box, 25 ± 0.25kg/box. Store in a ventilated and dry place to prevent moisture.
