Scope of application:

Recommended usage:
1 Bake (<100℃) before drying
2 Add temperature: 420℃
3.The amount of this product added: 0.2~0.5% of the amount of zinc to be treated
4 refining: After zinc ingot are melted, put this product evenly on the liquid zinc cover, let stand for 2 ~ 4 minutes, then use tools such as pressure into the depths of the alloy liquid pressure cover (about 10 cm from the bottom of the furnace), translation in furnace and stir throughout so that its powder dispersion distribution within the molten pool and as far as possible after the reaction, let stand for 10 minutes slag removal, waiting for the modification or casting
5 Slag removal: Evenly sprinkle the product on the scum layer, stand for 2~4 minutes, push and pull in the scum layer with the scum scraping tool, until it becomes powder and is obviously separated from the alloy liquid, remove the scum
6. After opening the bag, use it up in time to avoid moisture absorption

Shelf life:
For one year. When damp agglomerate，It can be used normally when it is hit into powder and dried at <100℃.
